Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Catbet ("we", "us" or "our") collects when you use our website and services, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices and rights you have.

We collect as little as we need to run your account safely, and we never sell your personal data.

1.Data We Collect

When you register and use your account, we collect:

  • Account details — your email address, the username we assign you, and the date and time you accepted our Terms.
  • Your password — stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash. We never store or see your password itself.
  • Security data — the IP address and time of sign-ups and sign-in attempts, which we use to protect accounts from being broken into.
  • Wallet and transaction data — the deposit addresses assigned to your account, the addresses you ask us to pay withdrawals to, and the amounts, dates and blockchain transaction IDs of your deposits and withdrawals.
  • Gameplay data — your bets, wins and the games you play.
  • Verification data — if we ask you to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds, the documents and information you provide.
  • Correspondence — anything you send to Customer Support.

2.How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data to:

  • create and run your account, and let you sign in;
  • credit your deposits, pay your withdrawals and keep an accurate record of your balance;
  • protect your account and our service from fraud, abuse and unauthorised access;
  • meet our legal obligations, including age checks, anti-money laundering checks and responsible gaming duties;
  • answer your questions and resolve complaints;
  • run promotions you take part in;
  • keep the service working and improve it.

We process your data because it is necessary to provide the service you have signed up for, because the law requires us to, or because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and fair.

3.Blockchain Transactions

Deposits and withdrawals take place on public blockchains (Solana and Tron). Transactions on these networks, including the addresses and amounts involved, are permanently public and can be seen by anyone. This is a feature of the networks themselves; neither we nor anyone else can remove or hide a transaction once it has been made.

4.Cookies and Local Storage

We use a single, strictly necessary cookie that keeps you signed in. It cannot be read by scripts on the page and it expires automatically. Without it, you would not be able to sign in.

Your browser also stores a small amount of information on your own device so the site can work properly — for example, so that a withdrawal request you have already sent is not accidentally sent twice.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow third parties to track you across our website.

5.Sharing Your Data

We only share personal data where we need to, and only with:

  • service providers who host and run our systems for us, under contracts that require them to keep your data secure and use it only on our instructions;
  • blockchain infrastructure providers, who receive the public addresses we need to monitor for your deposits — never your name or email address;
  • game studios, who receive the minimum needed to run the games you play;
  • identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers, when a check is needed;
  • law-enforcement agencies, regulators, courts and other authorities, where the law requires it or where it is necessary to prevent fraud or crime.

We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with others for their own marketing.

6.International Transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where this happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to the standard described in this policy.

7.How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep your account data for as long as your account is open. After it is closed, we keep the records we are legally required to keep — such as transaction and verification records — for up to five years, or longer where the law requires it. Security logs of sign-in attempts are kept for a short period only. When we no longer need your data, we delete or anonymise it.

8.How We Protect Your Data

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, limits on repeated sign-in attempts and restricted access to our systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password that you do not use anywhere else and keep it private.

9.Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that is inaccurate;
  • ask us to delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
  • object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact Customer Support. We may need to verify your identity before we act on your request, and we will respond within one month.

10.Children

Our service is only for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will close it and delete the data we are not legally required to keep.

11.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Where a change is significant, we will let you know before it takes effect.
